III: TSGC2J series contact voltage regulator performance:
1. The power supply voltage should comply with the input voltage on the voltage regulator nameplate;
2. The voltage regulator must be well grounded to ensure safety;
3 When using, you should always pay attention to the output current not exceeding the rated value, otherwise it is easy to reduce the life of the voltage regulator or even burn it;
4. When using, the hand wheel should be rotated slowly and evenly to avoid damaging the brush or generating sparks;
5. The use of the voltage regulator should be checked frequently. If the brush is found to be excessively worn or damaged, it should be replaced with a brush of the same specification in time, and zero-grit sandpaper should be placed under the brush to rotate the hand wheel several times to make the bottom surface of the brush smooth and in good contact before use;
6. The surface where the coil contacts the brush should always be kept clean, otherwise it is easy to increase the spark and burn the surface of the coil. If black spots are found on the surface of the coil, wipe them with cotton yarn dipped in alcohol until the spots are removed;
7. From the power supply to the voltage regulator, the wires and wire terminals connected to the load should be in good contact and can pass the rated current of the voltage regulator;
8. When moving the voltage regulator, do not use the hand wheel, but use the handle or lift the entire product to move;
9 When the voltage regulator needs to be installed horizontally on a large panel or vertically on other bases, it can be fixed using the mounting holes of the voltage regulator base;
10 The voltage regulator should be kept clean regularly. No water droplets, oil stains, etc. are allowed to fall into the voltage regulator. The voltage regulator must be shut down regularly to remove the dust accumulated inside;
